A To Do list is generated with tasks left to do to finish the localization for a target language. The list is created automatically and makes note of tasks still open at a time -- at least to do for the current target language.
The To-Dos are printed to the Output window when a project is being opened. By command, the list can be printed to the Output any time using the "To-Do Items" toolbar button or the menu command in the "Project" menu..
