Save Translation(s) (Dialog Box)

The dialog box is used to select a translation source.

All translation sources are listed for which the operation is possible. These are all that support the project's active source and target languages and where a translation can be saved to.

Supported translation source for saving translations: TMX file (.tmx), SDL Trados TM (.sdltm) and XLIFF file (.xliff).

New (June 2024): A unique item ID is saved (optionally) with source and the target text.

Dictionary (List Box)

All translation sources for which the export of translations is possible are listed. These are translation sources that support the active source and target languages and where the type of the translation source is a TMX file, an SDL Trados TM or an XLIFF file.

With item ID (check box)

Saves a unique item ID with the source and the target text.

Number of items selected for the operation Display

The number of items selected in the Text Table view and being included in the operation.
